How do I place an order?
Add the products you like to your selection, tell us how to brand them, then send your quote request. We send you a tailored offer: nothing is ordered without your approval.
What does the price shown include?
It is an indicative price per piece, excluding VAT and branding. When the manufacturer offers volume pricing, the product page shows the price by quantity. The final price, branding included, is given in your quote.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and the branding technique. When the manufacturer sets a minimum, it is shown on the product page. Some items can also be ordered individually.
What happens after my quote request?
We check the feasibility of the branding and send you a detailed offer. Our team can advise you on products, colours and technique, and show you samples by appointment.
Can my logo go on any product?
All our products can be printed, engraved or embroidered. Each product page lists the possible techniques and, for most products, the print areas with their maximum dimensions.
Which file format should I send for my logo?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) gives the best result. A PNG or JPG image of at least 300 dpi also works. If you don’t have a suitable file, we will help you prepare it.
Can I order without branding?
Yes. Choose “No branding” on the product page: the price shown does not include branding.
What is the delivery time?
It depends on the product, the manufacturer’s stock and the branding technique. Give your preferred date in the quote request and we will confirm the lead time. Artwork corrections can extend it.
Where do you deliver and what does shipping cost?
We deliver in Luxembourg. Shipping costs depend on the product and quantity and are given in your quote.
What does the availability shown mean?
“In stock” and “Low stock” reflect the manufacturer’s stock, updated every hour. “On order” means the product is being restocked: we give you the lead time in the quote.
Looking for a product that is not in the catalogue?
